Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
reconsideration of the following be held until April 10, 2000:                 
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 35                                                 
Relating to requesting the United States Congress to repeal the               
"Brady Handgun Protection Act".                                                
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz objected.                                             
                                                                               
**The presence of Representatives Kott and Mulder was noted.                   
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the reconsideration of HJR 35 be held until        
April 10, 2000?"  The roll was taken with the following result:
